What especially stood out to me was that he sent me a detailed, thorough and informational follow-up email the next day with answers to all my questions and recommendations for future care. I loved the one pair and they ordered my progressive prescription sunglasses. They arrived within one week and are lovely. With a few minor adjustments they fit beautifully.
